Key Job Description are as follows :
Knowledge of Truck Models and Equipment
Have exceptional computer skills and knowledge of Excel Programs
Create Sales and Purchase orders
Open, match issue work orders
Analyze, assist and complete inventory planning, ordering and receiving
Co-ordinate the logistical side of delivery from the vendor(s) to required locations in Calgary and Canada
Liaise with vendors via phone, email on pricing, credits and exchange rates etc
Utilize CRM system to support the Sales Team to process and ensure all details are entered
Assist the Sales Team with any administrative duties
Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment
Strong communication skills to effectively service customers and vendors
Professional and positive attitude with internal and external customers
Key Qualifications entail the following :
adept in CRM based software
strong background in the Trucking Industry with at least 5 years in fleet management
Minimum 5 years experience in Heavy Duty Trucks, Parts, Equipment and Service
Minimum 5 years in Customer Service for the Trucking Industry
