  • Mastercard : The President’s Choice Financial Mastercard is offered and operated by President’s Choice Bank.
  • Insurance : Home and auto insurance, travel and pet insurance are offered through affiliates and relationships with several insurance companies.
  • PC Services, which includes PC Financial Insurance, The Mobile Shop, Prepaid Cell Phones Express and gift card businesses, is a new business in growth mode.
  • PC Optimum : All PCF customers have the opportunity to earn PC Optimum Points that can be earned and redeemed in all LCL stores.

    The Sr. Manager, Sales Enablement is responsible for ensuring the field is provided with tools, processes and information to drive the business results and in turn maximize their sales potential.

    In addition to this, this role is responsible for managing direct reports to maximize their ability and constantly challenge the status quo to uncover incremental opportunities in channel to support the field and drive growth.

    What You'll Do :

  • Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the sales plan, KPIs, current performance, and potential drivers of change.
  • Overall oversight and ownership to monitor compliance in channel against key KPI’s for brand, merchandising and overall sales process.
  • Develop strategic sales enablement tools to drive efficiencies, growth and channel engagement.
  • Collaborate with national sales teams to identify sales enablement opportunities.
  • Launch new program initiatives and own go-to-market from idea generation to in store launch and post launch measurement.
  • Work closely with vendors to continually challenge the status quo to implement change and drive results.
  • Manage, oversee and enhance all sales enablement tools in channel.
  • Leadership and coaching for sales enablement team.
  • Provide in field support on an on-going basis.
  • Other projects as required.
  • What You'll Need :

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years in a similar field marketing, communications or sales; experience in wireless industry is an asset.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, strategic vision combined with ability to get it done .
  • Superior communication and analytical skills a persuasive and articulate speaker, writer, and presenter.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Able to translate complex data into actionable plans.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and proven ability to deliver in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience managing third party vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage expectations.
  • Collaborative nature, resourceful and capable of working in a team or independently.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint.
