If you’re a dynamic, organized professional ready to play a key role in supporting senior management, CBI Health Group’s Rehabilitation division, has an exciting opportunity for you.

As an Executive Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of the CBI Health Centre’s senior leader . You will prove to be a detail-oriented and experienced professional, taking pride in your work ethic as well as being able to juggle a multitude of complex projects.

Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day

  • Manage correspondence and schedule / calendar to ensure optimal efficiency;
  • Organize meetings and events, and prepare and distribute meeting notifications, correspondence, and agenda materials;
  • Attend meetings and record minutes when required;
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, templates and PowerPoint presentations;
  • Manage documentation of expense submissions;
  • Make travel arrangements;
  • Manage files and ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data;
  • Coordinate signature of documents;
  • Act as a point of contact with CBI departments and other stakeholders, as required;
  • Establish working relationships with senior management and Directors;
  • Communicate with all parties via verbal, written, and electronic correspondence;
  • Travel within Ontario on an occasional basis;
  • Perform other administrative tasks, as required.
  • Here’s what you’ll need to be successful

  • Strong experience in a similar administrative position;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills;
  • Possess strong attention to detail;
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Self-motivated and proactive;
  • Proficient in MS Office.
