The HR Generalist is a talent partner for assigned client group(s) and is responsible for all facets of HR for these stakeholders including : employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, change management, and compensation / benefits.
The HR Generalist also participates in Publicis Health HR function-wide projects or initiatives and champions and contributes to agency culture.
This role will have exposure to sensitive and confidential information necessitating diplomacy, discretion and sound judgment.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Manage onboarding and integration of new employees.
Manage agency-wide recognition programs.
