Job Description Qualifications :

Boeing Canada Operations Ltd. (BCA) is seeking a Business (Staff) Analyst reporting to the Business Operations Manager, working out of the Winnipeg, Manitoba office.

This role is an integral part of the Boeing team, helping to execute a variety business needs and a partner for executive support.

The position requires experience collaborating with both internal and intercompany stakeholders to ensure team deliverables are met.

The Business (Staff) Analyst is the general focal for all items relating to reporting; including collecting, organizing, analyzing and integrating data according to established processes within the management system.

Position Responsibilities

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND DATA ANALYSIS

Provides analytical support using data and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to effectively measure and communicate performance for management review and alignment to site priorities

Analyze information systems opportunities and provide recommendations to the function / leader

Communicates status or performance to internal and intercompany stakeholders using data

Leads meetings, summarizes minutes in Executive Summary format, and develops trackers and tools that assist the leader with action plan tracking and assessing performance

Establishes and maintains the Operating Rhythm and Management System of the functional leader including meeting architecture and content, agenda development, and provides visibility of upcoming meetings and deliverables.

Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings or events as needed

PROCESS OPTIMIZATION / STRATEGIC PLANNING

Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives

Assists with the identification of risks and opportunities, development of mitigation plans, and tracks plan implementation.

Reviews and evaluates organizational issues and identifies options including implementation recommendations

Annually, assists functional leader with developing plans for executing long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

Leads the development of standard tools and processes

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Winnipeg, MB.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :

Must be legally able to work in Canada

5+ years of experience in a Staff Analyst role or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, MS Project

Exemplary professional writing skills and experience creating executive level briefings

Experience in Information Management organization, management, storing and distributing information efficiently using a variety of systems

Experience with data analytics and metric development (relational databases)

Preferred Qualifications (Education / Experience) :

Management Information Systems major is considered an asset

Knowledge in automated reporting is considered an asset

Experience in developing standard tools and processes

Experience in leading cross-functional and / or project teams

Typical Education and Experience :

Education / experience typically acquired through advanced education ( Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience ( Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada. The employer is Boeing Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
