Acts as a first point of contact between sales, credit, logistics and all cross functional areas
Daily open order reporting analysis to ensure orders are moving
Responsible for both Independent & Key Account customer order portfolios
Establish strong relationships within assigned account base
Accountable for order entry in an accurate and timely manner
Work with Logistics to ensure timely and efficient shipment of customer orders
Access customer profiles to ensure we are compliant with customer requirements
Returns processing and assist with Credit inquiry investigations
Answer French language customer calls; cross-selling required to maximize sales support
Constant follow up on customer requests in order to optimize sales
Reception; greet and assist visitors in a profesional manner
Manage samples reciepts and originization of showrooms and storage area.
Distribute mail and coordinate outgoing courier and mail
Manage Head Office supplies
2 or more years of experience in a similar role
Bilingual in French and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
