We are so excited to be advertising for a FP&A Process Coordinator to join our brilliantly talented Shared Services function on a permanent basis.

You will coordinate and drive to conclusion a global process to review actual results, develop forecasts, and manage achievement of budgeted goals.
In this role, you will act in a global and regional role to consolidate global results, analyse financial data including drafting resulting commentaries, build reports, manage the structural business hierarchies, work closely with accounting as well as partners and colleagues in multiple countries and prepare recommendations to management.
You will participate in managing the process timelines for planning as well as including developing forecasts, creating budget comparisons and other ad hoc financial reports.
You will own the primary Hyperion content management role, reviewing team member inputs and ensuring consistency of results, as well as consolidating variance analysis and risks / opportunities.

Key accountabilities :
Maintain reports, working with each of the regions to make sure we are receiving what is needed to consolidate, adjusting / adapting to adhoc items that come up throughout the process.
All while driving the financial team to stay on deadline.

This includes. but is not limited to, excel process improvements as well as provide support and recommendations for all Issuer Services FP&A processes, reporting and financial systems improvements.
