is currently recruiting for a Millwright to join maintenance department at our Sky facility located in Nisku, AB. The incumbent will report to Maintenance Manager, Lead Specialist and Shift Leads : MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : Perform corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment at Aurora production facilities Diagnose and repair equipment faults, chronic equipment issues and perform emergency breakdown repairs in timely manner.
Perform facility repairs as required Participate in efficiency improvement initiatives Complete daily CMMS WO assignments following facility standards Enter Work Requests in CMMS according to the company standards Follow and maintain facility 5S standards Perform work in accordance with plant safety standards, housekeeping standards, and quality assurance procedures Assist planning process with WO scoping and parts staging Other duties as required DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS : Minimum 5 years of proven manufacturing or production facility experience in maintenance department Valid Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) license (Red Seal is an asset) Willing and able to work various shift work schedules as required Willing and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude and outstanding work ethic Must be self-
starter with ability to work independently with vendors and OEM manuals Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow step by step facility procedures Strong attention to detail Proficiency in the use of computer software for word processing, spreadsheets, email, Internet
