Responsibilities :

  • Researching, networking, outreach and developing lead sources of Personal Lines customers.
  • Providing auto and property insurance quotations to prospects; maximizing every sales opportunity including developing opportunities for referring other lines of business to other
  • Identifying and proactively responding to needs-based selling opportunities by appropriately matching the risk to the insurer
  • Knowledge of all Personal Lines Products
  • Elevating the Brokerage Brand in all prospecting activities.
  • Qualifications :

  • College Diploma or equivalent years of experience
  • Minimum One (1) year of new business sales experience
  • RIBO license an asset
  • Knowledge of Personal Insurance and Underwriting Principles is an asset
  • Computer proficient in MS Office specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong follow up and customer focused approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills : written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
