Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, Training and Development, the candidate will :
Develop the infrastructure for all L&D programs by establishing standardized methods, tools and templates for assessment, design, development, implementation, evaluation and reporting.
Establish design and development standards for a range of delivery platforms (e.g. workshops, print-based self-study, self-paced web, synchronous online, and blended learning).
Provide L&D consulting to the business to build capability in assessing, designing, developing, and implementing effective operational training in alignment with company strategy and learning standards.
Utilize L&D expertise to help gain partner acceptance of company learning standards.
Create a coaching and development culture for all business instructional designers.
Monitor business instructional designers to ensure training programs developed creates an effective employee experience.
Select, onboard and monitor external instructional designers to deliver effective training programs in alignment with company learning standards.
Apply current practices, models and trends to the standardized training methods, tools and templates.
Contribute to the overall success of the L&D team by identifying ways to continuously improve the learning experience.
Lead the implementation of the evaluation strategy to ensure a data-driven approach to improving our company orientation and leadership development offerings.
Lead the continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors Learning module ensuring that the system continues to address the business needs.
Manage financial resources within budget.
You have an Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
You hold 5-7 years direct experience developing L&D programs through a variety of mediums
You have 3-5 years direct experience implementing and / or managing an LMS
CHRP, CTDP or equivalent preferred
Travel 10 - 30%
