We are currently searching for a qualified Office Administrator to work with a packaging solutions company in London, ON.

Things You Should Know

The successful candidate will be responsible fo the following duties :

  • Process purchase orders
  • Data Entry
  • Assist with accounts receivable phone calls
  • Assist in answering and directing incoming calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
  • Any other general administrative duties

  • 3+ Years of experience in a similar role
  • Completion of Post Secondary (University or College)
  • Proven experience working with multiple departments
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Typing / Data Entry Skills
  • Strong Customer Service experience
  • Ability to multi task
  • Motivated, persistent self-starter with the ability to work independently within assigned guidelines
  • Finance experience considered an asset
  • Compensation :
  • $40,000
  • $40,000
