Job Description

Our client is a well-regarded estate agency with an excellent market share in the town. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced property professional to manage the Lettings Department in Esher.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have 3 to 4 years’ senior lettings experience, with some managerial experience being highly advantageous.

To be considered you will not only need to maintain current business levels , but look to develop the business further, and it is essential that you can demonstrate strong listing and sales skills .

You will be offered plenty of scope to develop a long-term career with this organisation.

You will be responsible for :

  • Maintaining stock levels
  • New business growth
  • Valuations
  • Landlord & Tenant satisfaction levels
  • Staff development
  • New tenancy set up.
