Job Description

  • Supports the execution of working major national conventions and local / regional meetings as identified by the AWM Leadership
  • Contributes to the RFQ / RFP process as contributor and reviewer of submitted product details to ensure submissions align with product messaging, portfolio focus and profitability expectations.
  • The administrative support for the creation of market share and competitive pricing models for the sales team.
  • Ensure appropriate tracking of target sales account opportunities and Territory Business Plans
  • Accountable for the tracking and managing of field assets samples and management of the marketing room samples
  • Evaluation tracking by samples used and conversion rates
  • Dissemination of conference leads and general summary of event effectiveness
  • Coordinating of HCP schedules for regional dinner tours
  • The editing of promotional materials by brand focus to support the local marketing direction that are representative of global marketing tools.
  • Assists the Channel Marketers with Canadian projects to include test markets, market surveys, product evaluations, and competitive and pricing research.
  • Maintains competitive intelligence and tracking tools.
  • Co-ordinates and maintains customer relationships with target accounts, including : surgeons, clinicians, hospital support staff, procurement and researchers in facilitating events and programs.
  • Gains and maintains a high level of technical and clinical knowledge of the assigned portfolio, to include AWC and AWD products, via formal training, self-
  • directed learning, and on-the-job experience.

  • Liaises with the local sales trainer and EUCAN marketing to facilitate product sales training for the sales team.
  • Provides analysis as directed by the Channel Managers for trend analysis by brand.
  • Execution and provision of the tools necessary to support our dealers to cross promote the full AWM product portfolio in new and expanding markets
  • Processing of invoices and all procurement tracking and process issue resolution
  • Management of the assets that the team has access to (inventory on hand) as well as the platform that they will access these
  • Tracking of department spend and field based expenditures
