Looking to join a team of Process Design, Engineering and Automation experts who support transformational change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment?

We are looking for new members who will challenge the status quo and deliver optimized solutions while working with multiple internal partners, front line and operations employees, and risk and control stakeholders.
About the role
You will be accountable to lead the identification, assessment, recommendation and implementation of new processes, process redesign, automation and improvements within all functions or product groupings supported by the P&C Canada Project Delivery unit.
As a key control point for process impacts of critical business activities, you will have significant involvement in analyzing and advising on business implications of options, to facilitate effective and comprehensive decision-making and sound risk management.
This includes leveraging Lean Six Sigma, process transformation and digitization tools and is rapidly expanding to include cutting edge robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning capabilities.
This role will have the accountability for the following :

You come from one of the following : Management consulting firms / Financial organizations / Change Management / Technical Implementations for automation software / Robotics / Automation / Process Design / Engineering

University degree / college diploma or equivalent work experience
6 to 8 years of related experience
Solid knowledge of Lean process improvement methodology
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its relationship to business systems design and implementation.
Familiar with established process analysis and improvement tools
Familiar with products, operations and market practices
Solid knowledge of testing strategies, test plans and execution
Solid knowledge of standard desktop applications used by the business unit
Solid knowledge and understanding of the business units key products and services, processes and controls
Solid understanding of the business units risk and regulatory requirements
Strong knowledge of the business units transaction fulfillment procedures
Solid knowledge of departmental systems and applications
Solid knowledge of process and / or project management
Solid understanding of internal business partners business, services and organization
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze a component or components of a process to optimize system functionality
Strong change management skills
Strong planning skills (re finance, resource, strategy, business)
