What You’ll Do

As a Tech Analyst in the Development and Operations teams, you’ll have the opportunity to broaden your technological expertise by gaining valuable exposure and experience to the different IT areas including programming, infrastructure, architecture, and security.

  • Depending on your role, you’ll assist with providing desk-side support to our employees; conducting architectural assessments;
  • building road maps and product life cycles; or programming. Ultimately you’ll be participating and contributing to improved business decisions by providing technical solutions to complex, real-life issues.

  • Responsibilities

  • Supporting the financial planning process by aiding in sales and inventory forecasting to help identify business opportunities and areas in need of improvement.
  • Maintaining and optimizing our merchandising assortment tools to create hyper localized, size adjusted store assortment plans.
  • Provide data insights and visualizations to our executive team to support high level business decisions through deck submissions
  • Support on ad-hoc analytical requests as needed.
  • What You Bring

  • Working towards a University degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics (Statistics), Economics BSc or similar.
  • Demonstrated superior analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of SQL or similar database query languages.
  • Experience in Alteryx, Tableau and / or other data manipulation and visualization software considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated skills using Microsoft Excel.
