About the Job

This is a unique position and opportunity for a technical and compliance manager, reporting into the product director you will ensure all own brand products meet global retail and best practice requirements for product safety and performance standards.

Supporting the business to thoroughly evaluate and identify CSR through our supply chain, managing due diligence of our supply base, approving and tracking all social and ethical audits reporting where own brand products are manufactured, maintaining the brands social conscience of manufacturing ensuring it is ethically aligned with the ETI base code of labour standards.

Managing the supplier manual reviewing and updating all technical compliance and testing requirements of chemical, product performance and sustainability.

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the solid relationships we have with our supply base, factories, and agents, implementing the supplier strategy ensuring production is managed effectively through the supply chain.

You will be constantly looking for new sources that can produce big cup bras ethically and sustainably while regulating areas of risk and non-conformance of countries that aligns with our zero-tolerance strategy.

Working closely with suppliers you will review and improve production process from concept through to production. You will be proactive in resolving and implementing solutions to any problems, ensuring the critical path is managed and delivery on time in full.

This is a position of varied technical knowledge, responsible for managing a team of sample machinists to ensure all products are productionable and cost effective to deliver exceptional quality, supporting the technical team with manufacturing makeup-up methods.

Packaging compliance and working with QC monitoring quality of deliveries into the warehouse and returns as part of technical KPI’s and managing all fabric and testing reports and approvals.

Supporting the product director and People & Culture with documentation of legal statements (modern slavery statements) etc and attend regular webinars / conferences on social governance to report and upload changes of ESG, CSR. REACH / COSH

About You

You will have extensive knowledge in garment construction and production processes. You will have a passion for creating exceptional finished quality lingerie and swimwear.

Experience of working in Lingerie as a retailer or supplier, with knowledge of manufacturing, packaging, fabric and technical requirements.

Experienced in technical compliance & testing requirements to industry standards and regulations.

You will have previous people management experience with the ability to oversee a team with exceptional knowledge and hands-on experience, working closely to build and maintain internal and external relationships.

You will have strong leadership skills and be an exceptional team player and decision maker to move forward with pace. Proactive, dependable, and strong at multi-tasking with the ability to work under pressure and independently.

You’re willing to travel and self-motivated to seek information to support changes in regulations to support this role.

You will need to be agile in your approach to meet our business requirements and achieve the best outcome for our customers.
