SUMMARY OF THE POSITION Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, the Digital Demand Generation Manager leads our paid digital media specialist team in our recruitment efforts for our campuses worldwide.
You will be responsible for optimizing and standardizing our media placement practices as well as our advertising strategies for key markets.
You will work closely with the team and on campus Marketing Directors to attract and engage the right student at the right time with your targeted digital acquisition strategies. MAIN RESPONSABILITES
Lead and coach a team who work closely with our regional teams to generate demand and develop smart advertising campaigns that achieve their goals.
Facilitate the creation and utilization of an inventory of content, data, and media tactics (or more generally : marketing initiatives) that are easily replicable across the network with a local flavour, easily deployable and easily upgradable over time.
Help both paid media leads, and regional marketing leads to identify objectives and KPI for each type of marketing initiatives and ensure we plan the right initiatives at each stage of the student enrolment funnel.
Help paid media specialists to identify the best audiences and leverage the most relevant paid media platform for each audience.
Google Adwords, Bing,Youtube, Facebook, LinkedIn, tik tok ).
Help campuses to optimize their landing pages and website experiences to ensure paid media traffic achieve its goal.
Ensure that we A / B test and always enhance our tactics.
Automate our paid media optimization processes and propose new ideas for marketing automation.
Measure results and ensure the creation of multiple dashboards and reports to allow campus and higher management to understand the results.
Keep an eye on the competition and well as in the industry and ensure we Follow best and most innovative practice.
College or university diploma.
7 to 10 years of experience in digital campaign management, especially with Adwords, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube.
In-depth knowledge of Google AdwordsGoogle Analytics, Google Tag Manager as well as Facebook Manager.
2 to 4 years of experience leading a team.
Bilingual (English, French) both oral and written.
Fluency in Spanish both orally and in writing are assets.
