Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative promotes our web products sold as annual subscriptions.
Our database informs on construction, investment and development projects in Canada before they are launched.
It is a powerful business development tool for companies connected directly or indirectly to the construction industry.
We mainly target medium and large companies. This offer is for sellers wishing to start and pursue a career in an area where medium-
term revenue opportunities are extremely high. MAIN TASKS Promote and sell a database updated daily on the web to provided prospects and by soliciting new customers.
Develop and maintain optimal business relationships with customers (manufacturers, distributors, contractors, contractors, architects, etc.
all related to the construction industry) Evaluate and establish prices and credit conditions. Prepare service offers and sales contracts, so proper writing is required.
Hand over the orders to the sales coordination department and make the necessary arrangements to satisfy the customers. Follow up with customers and solve problems related to the use of the product or service.
