We operate two Double A, BRC certified state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and are looking for an experienced leader who is ready to go to the next level.

The Opportunity!

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance will fill a critical role within the Finance organization and in leading planning, reporting and analysis of key business initiatives and ongoing operations.

This position must be able to independently perform and successfully delegate performance of financial analyses, operational & financial KPI’s, forecasting & planning processes in a timely and accurate manner.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is capable of leading change across functions and is adept at translating business challenges into opportunities.

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance Take the lead in :

  • Proactively identifying & leading analysis of operational and financial data to provide insights into business performance;
  • drive consistency in performance across operating plants & functions

  • Collaborate with functional leaders to aid in financial modeling, development and analysis of budgets including revenue, operational expenses, KPI’s, special projects, and capital planning
  • Partner cross-functionally to design / execute business solutions to complex issues and improve business results
  • Drive automation of supply chain finance and operational processes & systems
  • Prepare monthly financial presentations for management and effectively communicate results
  • Leverage and help improve Business Intelligence tools to drive business analytics capabilities
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
  • Experience & Education :

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting; Masters degree preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience in a high growth or transformational environment with similar responsibilities
  • Hands-on leadership style with ability to drive projects to closure and maximize performance of others
  • Communicates effectively with colleagues across a range of disciplines and all levels of management
  • Deep financial, data mining and modeling expertise
  • Worked in cross-functional environments and supported cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in use of computer software, such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, etc.
  • Experience with business intelligence and / or planning and budgeting software applications
  • Preferred Skills

  • Self-driven individual with strong ability to manage ambiguity, multi-task, work with minimal supervision and who adapts readily to changes in priorities and business conditions
  • Communicates effectively with colleagues across a range of disciplines and all levels of management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail, interpersonal skills and executive presence
