What you will do

  • Assess IT risks and controls in support of internal and external audit and advisory engagements
  • Review new and existing systems in terms of adequacy of controls, security, operational considerations, conversion issues and project management assessment
  • Manage engagement risk management and quality assurance through file review, engagement planning & monitoring
  • Oversee multiple engagements end to end, while supervising team resources and managing client expectations
  • Assist with the development of business continuity plans
  • What you bring to the role

  • Degree from an accredited university in a relevant field, preferably computer science, Information Technology or Data Science
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in assessing information technology or business process risk
  • Strong understanding and experience with IT risk management and assessments in different capacities (e.g. advisor, internal / external audits, implementor)
  • Strong English and / or French communication skills (oral & written)
  • Completion of relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, ISO27001) an asset
