Our client in the Brampton area is looking for an Service Advisor / Arbitrator to join their growing team.
The individual must have advanced knowledge in the automotive industry and be able to solve all mechanical problems.
A background in arbitration is also required and the individual must have a strong, professional demeanor when dealing with clients / customers.
Conduct meditations between buyer and seller to resolve issues regarding arbitrated vehiclesControl price changes as per company policy.
Approve expenses pertaining to arbitrated vehicles.Authorize repairs to arbitrated vehicles.Investigate customer complaints by researching validity of the complaint.
Consult with on-site mechanics to investigate discrepancies.Ensure both buyer and seller have made proper payments ie.
Mechanical bills, adjustments etc.Prepare arbitrated vehicles for re-run in future sale by arranging detailing and mechanical checks
High School diploma or equivalent in education / experience2-3 years of related experience in a related fieldExcellent interpersonal communication, negotiation and customer service skillsMust be well organized, multi-
tasker, work well under pressureProficient in Microsoft Office applications.
