NV-04As an office work and operations agent, you provide administrative and operational support to the organization. You strive to maximize operational productivity.

This may include working in one or more sub-specialties, such as data entry, data processing, and verification of database data integrity.

You perform administrative and follow-up tasks to support your unit’s day-to-day operations and help it meet operational objectives and carry out initiatives in accordance with the detailed directives in place.

The ability to drive results is therefore essential.

You help process information and solve simple, everyday issues, tailoring your approach as needed. You respond to administrative and operational questions.

More specifically, you will handle various administrative responsibilities to support managers and advisors at Desjardins Private Wealth Management.

You will perform administrative activities in accordance with professionals’ detailed instructions, help maintain business relationships with members and clients, and carry out sales support activities.

You will work at Private Wealth Management and support the team. Your duties will include taking charge of client appointments (scheduling), completing system transactions (fund transfers) and managing client files in the system.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the team for activities related to the revision, updating and production of documents produced for members and clients and ensure their linguistic quality.
  • Carry out transactional instructions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, recurring transactions, etc.) within prescribed deadlines and follow up with clients.
  • Support the team in the planning and coordination of activities, including following up and entering scheduling information.
  • Organize and follow up on calls and correspondence for the team.

  • Produce and transcribe various documents, such as correspondence and reports.
  • Manage documents and maintain files (opening, closing, filing, circulation access control, archiving, etc.) in accordance with standards.
  • Provide support to team members regarding information searches, operational processes and information systems.
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to internal management (billing follow-up and validation, expense account management, sending and receiving mail, follow-
  • up on internal and external client requests, etc.).

  • Qualifications

  • Two years of relevant experience
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
  • Specific knowledge

    Independent speaker, intermediate knowledge of English , Proficient speaker, complete proficiency in French
