The Privileged Access Management (PAM) Consultant plays a key role in solution design, installation, configuration, and customization of Privileged Access Management software to deliver a solution that will meet the customer's business requirements.
This position involves working in customer environments in collaboration with customer personnel and other members of the Herjavec Group PAM team.
The candidate requires hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Solution and other PAM solutions.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to share their Privileged Access Management expertise with the customer, acting as a trusted advisor for PAM-
related topics. As such, excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must. The candidate must also be capable of shifting smoothly between roles as a technical lead to a solution implementation specialist as required.
This role frequently involves investigating and resolving challenging technical problems, so demonstrated troubleshooting skills are required, along with effective organization skills, the ability to multi-
task, and efficient time-management skills.
Lead large enterprise deployments of CyberArk Privileged Access Solution through their full life-cycle
Design and architect solutions to meet the needs of customers PAM requirements
Provide guidance on practices and trends in privileged account security
Establish new standard approaches and practices for deploying PAM solutions and securing privileged accounts
Develop and maintain positive and productive customer relationships
Serve as the conduit for communications to and from the customer and Herjavec Group’s implementation services, sales, customer success, and marketing teams
Receive and appropriately resolve and communicate customer issues and escalations
Provide support in pre-sales activities including product demonstration
Provide support in responding to RFI’s / RFP’s
Provide support in enhancing Herjavec Group’s PAM Managed Services
Minimum 2 years direct experience in working on large, complex CyberArk implementations on multiple platforms
CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer designation
Systems integration and application development experience
Experience with the following web technologies : XML, SPML, Web Services (SOAP / REST), web and application servers
Experience installing software on Windows and UNIX / Linux platforms
Experience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL)
Experience with directories (LDAP, AD)
Familiarity with identity management solutions
Readiness to travel up to 40% annually
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
