The Automated Logic Service Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling, coordination and dispatching of technical personnel for service, installation and emergency repairs to customer sites.

Effectively liaison between our external customers and all internal personnel including but not limited Service personnel, Projects personnel, Sales, Managers and other various departments.

Key Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for providing timely and efficient responses to incoming telephone inquiries from customers. Organize, dispatch and schedule all service requests while maximizing available resources.
  • Proficient with ongoing follow up and follow through by monitoring and validating daily deployment activity of the field workforce.
  • Prepares daily work scheduling and notify customers in advance of service visit.

  • Experience triaging and prioritizing complex and multiple problems. Ability to multi-task and effectively manage administrative responsibilities is essential.
  • Confidence quoting additional work for repairs and improvements to customers. Comfortable gathering technical summaries from technicians, documenting scope within standard estimate and pricing structures.
  • Book new work orders and track to ensure timely completion and communicate status to customer. Booking service agreement contract documentation into business systems.
  • Comfortable understanding customer agreements to develop and enter maintenance manpower plan.

  • Weekly completion of timesheet, workorder and expense documents for assembly and processing.
  • Fluent using computer software programs and systems to accurately and quickly manage information to plan and run the service business on a daily basis.

    Educational / Technical Requirements :

  • Post-secondary Degree or Diploma
  • Advanced computer and keyboarding skills (Microsoft Office suite, Internet, Outlook)
  • Experience with business systems, creating work-orders, booking
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within a dispatch role
  • Other Requirements :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Telephone and email)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective at building relationships - with a strong client service orientation
  • Good attitude, strong customer service skills
  • Successful planning and scheduling experience
  • Highly organized and detail oriented. Able to work under pressure.
