This role has a trifecta mandate : a) harness data to uncover insights, b) leverage insights to lead marketing strategy and operations, c) ensure program operations meets KPIs.
With this remit, this role requires a balance of marketing strategy, data analysis and operations & project delivery experience.
The key objectives of this role are to measurably enhance the consumer experience and drive growth for the program as well as the Infant Nutrition brands including Good Start, Gerber and Materna.
Major Responsibilities : Strategy : In collaboration with stakeholders, define the evolution of the Nestlé Baby club through a roadmap to ensure that an exceptional consumer experience is achieved and maintained.
Lead and support the development of strategic and tactical plans to help guide the growth and direction of our brand offering and its support for the Infant Nutrition Brands.
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and analytics methodologies, and provide POVs on best practices.
Develop new measurement strategies, consumer segmentations / profiles, KPIs, perform analysis including conversion, ROI and attribution reporting.
Create actionable recommendations for campaigns as well as optimizations for website, in communications channels and as part of program, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Analytics : Establish, assess and shape ongoing reporting of digital and program performance for the Nestlé Baby Program and the Infant Nutrition brands (Good Start, Gerber, Materna) while also defining clear KPIs for the success and evolution of the program.
Lead external agencies to perform advanced analytics on digital and traditional data sources (e.g., digital loyalty / CRM data, digital advertising data, DMP data, web, social data, search data, coupons, email, etc.).
Work with Brands to recommend tests and ways to improve consumer conversion and engagement.
Analyze, interpret and visualize complex data to uncover consumer insights and truths, and assess program and brand impacts.
Oversee data management activities performed by agencies, ensure changes and impacts to data are addressed.
Identify opportunities to improve digital analytics capabilities and oversee the implementation of changes; Advise on the set up, manage and deploy tagging for digital analytics, email, website, paid media, and 3rd party applications as well as work in team environment alongside developers to implement HTML and JS scripts.
Sampling & Fulfillment : Oversee the smooth and efficient functioning of our fulfillment operations from end-to-end.
Manage the day-to-day fulfillment operations for sampling, direct mail, coupons and email.
Work with fulfillment partner to ensure packaging and products needs are met; assets and samples are requested, ordered, shipped to our supplier on a regular basis to maintain inventory.
Manage the execution of changes to direct mails and packaging to adhere to new messaging, product branding, and test packaging, working with a brand and communications specialist.
Plan and implement test and learns to improve efficiencies and / or improve consumer conversion and usage rates.
Lead the monthly operations meetings to ensure KPIs are met; identifying best practices and areas of improvement of Fulfillment operation.
Budget and project monthly and annual fulfillment costs for packaging, shipment, fulfillment and postage based on program membership.
Financials : Manage and report on the full budget for the Nestlé Baby CRM program.
Manage the budget and project monthly and annual program costs for all channels.
Perform pre and post evaluations of budget and program results for all working and non-working dollars.
Maintain planned and actual budgets, oversee PO and reconciliation process.
A university degree in Business administration, Marketing and / or Digital marketing required.
7 to 10 years’ experience in Analytics or Digital roles in CPG or marketing industries, including a minimum of 3 years CRM experience.
Hands-on experience using, installing and / or customizing web analytics and tag management solutions.
Demonstrable experience with digital channel reporting, consumer segmentation analysis, designing and implementing KPI and AB tests, attribution modeling.
Experience working with best in class digital marketing measurement tools such as Facebook Insights, Social tools, Google Analytics 360 / Google Tag Manager, SQL, Tableau (or other visualization tools).
Strong project management skills; Have had direct project management responsibilities and overseen budgeting for large complex projects and or teams.
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Able to lead and adapt to change, and navigate complex organizations.
Excellent communication skills combined with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Computer literacy : MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Web-based reporting tools and other MS applications.
