Our valued Public Sector client requires support to assist with the establishment and implementation of a Portfolio Execution Roadmap.
The Roadmap will identify the approach, capabilities and resources necessary to execute the delivery of projects to ensure project outcomes are achieved and benefits realized as per plan. This project includes :
Develop an integrated portfolio roadmap identifying the end state vision, interim steps, how the desired value of the projects will be secured and the approach to manage / measure the progress, risks and benefits along the way.
Foster an understanding of the stakeholders, their interests and needs and appropriate governance, change readiness, communications and engagement programs to keep them informed and active throughout the program.
Provide expertise and support to the Leadership team in the areas of planning, delivery, business transformation, implementation, benefits realization and program management.
The Business Process Re-engineering Consultant will be responsible for, but not be limited to, the following tasks :
Provide advisory services to project executives regarding strategic sourcing and leveraging industry for delivering large (>
$100M) portfolio of transformational projects.
Review existing work processes and organizational structure.
Analyze business functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flows.
Provide expert advice in defining new requirements and opportunities for applying efficient and effective solutions.
Identify and recommend new processes and organizational structures for execution of the Portfolio program.
Provide expert advice on and / or assist in implementing new processes and organizational changes required for execution of the Portfolio program.
Other work as deemed necessary relating to industry best practices and business process reengineering.
Obtain Deliverable sign-off.
