What This Position Is All About :

As a Senior Business Analyst, CRM you will engage Business and IT stakeholders to plan elicit, analyze, document and validate systems requirements that meet business needs.

Working on all sizes of development projects and programs, you will leverage an analytical approach to understand the current business process, perform gap analysis, assess options, and propose the solution design.

Who You Are :

  • You’re able to facilitate design sessions effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You have great communication and interpersonal skills
  • You're comfortable working in a fast and dynamic organization where change is constant.
  • You Also Have :

  • Post secondary education in Information Technology, Process Engineering or related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst.
  • Previous Retail, Point of Sale, Mobile application, E-Commerce and Electronic Payments systems experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in an Agile application development environment is preferred.
  • Understanding of SDLC methodology.
  • Full lifecycle implementation experience.
  • Hands-on Data mapping & data modeling experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools including MS Visio, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, as well as application life cycle and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence or ALM.
  • As The Senior Business Analyst, CRM, You Will :

  • Analyze business and user needs, gather requirements, and document those as business and functional requirements.
  • Work with project managers and developers to define project scope and objectives based on business needs and industry standards.
  • Develop or modify procedures to solve problems and recommend enhancements to business processes to support changing business requirements.
  • Perform application system analysis, prepare data and process flow diagrams, design screen and report layouts as part of the business systems solution.
  • Develop and / or assist the project team in developing a clearly defined and agreed upon project functional and non-functional requirements and translate business requirements to technical specifications for development.
  • Assist project team in presenting an application solution context to IT and business teams, including third party vendors.
  • Assist business users in developing conversion and implementation procedures and communication materials.
  • Document problems and work to resolve them, reporting progress on problem resolution to management.
