Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.

Role Description :

Act as a key player on the Bell Wholesale Sales team by working as a customer advocate and sales support manager both internally and externally

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure internal Sales processes are documented, communicated and followed. This includes process improvements and establishing new processes.
  • Operationalize new initiatives to support new revenue

  • Prime Front-Door assessments and other Pre-Sales activities
  • Prime NDA’s, contract creation, seek internal approvals
  • Work collaboratively with Serve organization PM / PC, Service Directors, and other downstream groups to ensure customer solutions are delivered according to the sold proposals.
  • Including follow up with Business Office on pre-sales for large orders or aggressive timelines that may be needed to win the business

  • Understand Customer A / R status and support Billing Operations as required
  • Prepare and Present Reports (if applicable for specified customers only).
  • Support Sales on Governance and associated documents. Prepare, manage / coordinate RFP bids
  • Ensure customer expectations are communicated to ensure services are delivered within expectations, contractual obligations are met and over-
  • all satisfaction with the services is maintained for Wholesale customers

  • Manage Customer post sale inquiries and redirect to appropriate downstream teams
  • Skills and competencies required :

  • Knowledge of Bell Wholesale products & services (tariffed and non-tariff services).
  • Understanding of Wholesale market
  • Ability to prioritize, plan tasks and activities by understanding the impact, risk and deliverables
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret the contracts and communicate terms both internally and externally
  • Strong Presentation skills
  • Strong PC skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Explorer
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • High Tolerance to ambiguity - ability to work in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Interest in acquiring technical and business knowledge related to the customer’s business.
  • Ability to manage and support direct reports

  • Ability to learn internal Systems & Processes
  • Education / Certification :

  • University degree or College diploma specializing in Business Management
  • Experience in Telecom industry would be an asset
  • Experience required :

  • 3 years customer service management experience

    Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
