Our well established, growing private sector client is looking for a VP of Sales. This is a strategic new role for this dynamic company.
They have recently developed new complex technical products and signed new distributors in Asia. You will be leading sales and business development which includes overseeing sales team performance, mentorship, assist in closing key sales opportunities and working as part of the executive team.
Sales Leadership to support Asian customers and distributors.
Sales forecasting and reporting.
Utilize strong relationship building skills with distributors and customers in qualifying future opportunities and exceeding quotas.
Work as part of the Executive team to ensure corporate objectives are met.
Travel to customer sites approximately 50%.
Proven experience : Sales leadership in highly technical solutionsRepeatedly exceeding sales and corporate objectivesMinimum 7 years selling into Asia and working with distributorsWorking as part of a small team
Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and proven track record in building trust.
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
Technical University Degree in a Science related discipline.
