Resolver is excited to be adding Manager of Inside Sales to our growing team. You will play an essential role in achieving our ambitious sales targets through coaching, motivating and mentoring our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
You will work cross-functionally with different teams (sales, marketing, and product) to increase sales productivity at each step of the buying process through sales enablement of our team.
Our ideal candidate is a coach and has a deep understanding of sales processes, sales systems and tools, and experience within the SaaS space.
Coaches the team in the achievement of sales targets and metrics;
Resolves issues with Account Executives or internal stakeholders;
Reviews call plans to optimize call activity and quality;
Provides outbound campaigns to ensure alignment with product and market strategy;
Measures of success include : Team Building and Development (25%)
Enables the team to maximize their impact by providing oversight, support, and guidance through coordinating best use of resources,
Mentors the team for achievement of personal performance objectives;
On-board new team members to maximize time-to-productivity;
Measures of success include Strategic Sales Planning (20 %)
Collaborates to develop plans that provide the SDR team with innovative strategies and sales tactics to lead them to success;
Conducts research through multi-channel sources to stay on-top of prospects for the team and the competitive landscape;
Participates in industry forums, chapters, and associations relevant to their target focus.
Measures of success include : Forecasting & Documentation (15 %)
Partners with Sales Leadership to provide forecasts monthly, quarterly and annually for the SDR team;
Documents and analyzes team findings to effectively assess and meet the needs of the business;
Works closely with Sales Operations and ensures accuracy of data within the CRM
Collaborates with the team to identify and assess gaps to identify potential opportunities

Your Background :
SaaS sales experience is a must
Demonstrated track record and aptitude for people management
Experience with coaching / mentoring that drives performance
Inside Sales or use of Marketing Automation tools an asset
Passion for solving business problems with technology is a must
