What is the opportunity?

RBC’s Digital Team is seeking an experienced ISAM Developer to join the Mobile Services. Your expertise will lead the design, development and maintenance of Services on platforms such as ISAM, Bluemix and Mobiliser, providing service integration, authentication & application session management as well HTTP Webview integration for mobile applications.

What will you do?

  • Work with architecture and business sponsor(s) to assess, design and estimate solutions, assuming end-to-end technical responsibility and engaging IT partners into implementation while adhering to enterprise-
  • level and group-level standards and best-practices within mobile banking

  • Responsible for the design, coding and implementing the web and mobile access gateway (ISAM solution as defined by the solution architecture
  • Participant in peer code reviews and technical meetings
  • Must-have

  • Proven work experience in large projects or programs interfacing with multiple applications and / or third-parties
  • Expertise in IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) or similar products e.g. PingFederate, Okta
  • Keep abreast of Web Access Gateways solutions and standards in the market place to help identify key solutions. E.g. OAuth2.0, OpenID, SSO, SAML
  • Java development experience with security focus
  • Assist in defining application design, development and deployment guidelines & best practices for Secure Web Access Gateway infrastructure
  • Experienced in Web Services technologies and WS stack (WS-Security, WS-Trust, , WS-SecureConversation) (min 3 year)
  • Experience with Source Code Management system such as SVN and GIT and DevOps such as UrbanCode Deploy, Maven and Jenkins
  • Nice-to-have

  • Exposure to information and systems Security technologies and great understanding of UNIX, AIX preferable
  • Proven self-starter who can identify possible work areas, assess the need and deliver a solution.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentation) capable of dealing with multiple development teams, including internal, off-
  • shore or external partners.
