Site Super of Mid / Hi Rise Residential

This is a work hard play hard environment. Individuals are compensated for their effort. The company is a developer builder they will go after projects and complete on time, on budget, with quality.

The right individual will be an intermediate to site supervisor with a deep knowledge of mid / hi rise residential construction industry.

The talented individual will have :

  • At least 7-15 years’ experience managing mid / hi rise residential projects $40M and up
  • Must be able to work with no supervision
  • PMP, Gold Seal, Red Seal would be an asset but not necessary
  • Able to run multiple hi rise residential projects at once.
  • Understands project management from design, to construction, to occupancy
  • Must have an uncanny ability to build relationships combined with excellent
  • Communication / negotiation skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple individuals with seamlessness
  • You must include a project list to be considered for the opportunity
  • Compensation is based on experience
