St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic senior fundraising professional with the ability to inspire and coach others.
As the Manager, Leadership Giving, you will manage a team of development professionals to achieve established fundraising targets enabling innovation and discovery across St.
Joseph's Health Care London that would otherwise not be possible.
You will be accountable for the planning and execution of the Foundation's major and principal gift program, including a personal portfolio of key of key donor and prospective donor relationships, with an emphasis on high level gifts of $100,000 and greater.
This position also manages and coaches senior development officers to achieve identified performance metrics within a well-
defined and specialized fundraising model.
As the ideal candidate for this position, you have a proven track record as an accomplished professional with five to seven years professional fundraising experience, preferably in a medical / research environment with demonstrated achievement in securing major and principal gifts of $100,000+ and an undergraduate degree.
Your entrepreneurial spirit and positive attitude compliment your strong organizational and leadership skills. You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire others, motivate and work with fundraising volunteers to advance fundraising goals.
