As a Software ProductQA Manager reporting to the Senior QA Manager for Enterprise PipelineManagement Software, first and foremost you are grounded in being a great softwarequality engineer with a strong history in highly complex, distributedcomputing, enterprise scale products.

The OASySplatform, and the industry applications built on it, deliver live real timecontrol systems that operate 24x7 with 99.
999% of availability. In other words, large scale software that hasno more than 5 minutes of downtime per year, running for decades withoutintervention.
It gets data from a fielddevice into the user’s hands within a second. And it enables the user issue a control to large scale industrialdevices in the field within a second.

Specific Responsibilities :
Manages the product QA teams.
Provides guidance, leadership, and training to all QA membersintegrated into the Agile SCRUM development teams and ensure consistency of ourbuilt-
in quality efforts across all SCRUM teams.
Responsible for assigning resources against competingprojects and negotiating timelines with PMs and Development Managers.
Responsible for the quality of the products being released.
Defines test plans.
Defines the test automation strategy.
Recommends and implements test tools.
Ensures test results are recorded, available, and reportstest status to business stakeholders.
Tracks and reports on key Quality and Defect Metrics.
Uses Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve productquality.
Guides the entire department towards a culture of built-inquality and continuous improvement using LEAN principals.
Work with the development teams to ensure that User Storiesare testable.
Performs internal audits periodically to ensure that thedepartment is adhering to processes.
Manages hiring, retention, and performance management for theQA team.
This job might be for you if :
5+ years related QA Manager Experience.
Subject matter expert on quality best practices.
Experience managing a quality assurance software productorganization.
Experience managing remote employees and / or offices.
Experience managing offshore teams.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with anability to work with diverse groups.
Strong organization skills.
Able to observe bottlenecks in process and then developprocesses and procedures to overcome them.

Experience in industrial connectivity standards and networkingprotocols such as ModBus, DNP3, OPC UA, OPC, IEC-104 and other relevantTelemetry centric protocols.
Experience with QA Test Automation.
Experience with defect management tools.
Experience with source control management systems.
Cloud Technology knowledge.
Deep understanding of Windows environment, Active DirectorySecurity and highly distributed systems.
Experience in testing user and system authentication,encryption, cryptography and other cyber-security standards and measures.
Experience with OASyS products and other industrial automationproducts is highly preferred.
Prior experience in the Oil and Gas Pipeline Industry is abig plus.
