The Sales Enablement Specialist should have exceptional skills within Commercial Sales Operations . This role will be part of Align goal to deliver our clear aligners (Invisalign ®) and 3D scanners (iTero ®) to our customers.

Responsibilities :

  • You have a solid understanding of sales and support role dynamics with the ability to map field requirements and corporate resources into a comprehensive sales enablement plan, and execute accordingly.
  • This is a hands-on position - and must be willing to roll up the sleeves and get things done.

  • Act as the central point of contact and liaison with North American sales operations teams for all Canadian sales support issues including resolving issues around sales compensation, customer credits and channel program management.
  • Own a comprehensive communication program for the Canadian sales team that includes a field enablement content repository;
  • ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible

  • Own the feedback loop and gather feedback from Canadian field teams - organize inputs from reps and managers to help improve the field support programs.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of annual national sales meeting
  • Partner with HR and Sales Training to support and improve sales team onboarding
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental goals
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and / or Human Resources
  • Other duties may be assigned
  • Requirements :

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a corporate environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales support experience.
  • Proactive, flexible self-starter with a high level of initiative to manage though ambiguity and work within a constantly changing environment with enthusiasm
  • A solid understanding of sales and support role dynamics with the ability to map field requirements and corporate resources and execute accordingly
  • A creative mind with strong problem solving skills and an ability to suggest and implement improvements
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS PPT, and MS Outlook, in particular)
