Key Job Responsibilities Weight %
Sales Assistance & Customer Service : 50%
Receive and process call-in orders, drop off accounts, and assist Sales Managers in creating & processing bid quotes and proposals for smaller events.
Work closely with sales managers and dir director to develop new business. Prospect and qualify leads, develop new drop off business, and up-
sell additional solutions and services. Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.
Order Entry : 30%
Develop relationships, both internal and external. Respond in a timely manner to all orders and inquires. Offer technology & service solutions to meet client needs and follow up with customers post-
event. Manage sales and marketing campaigns, surveys, client recognition initiatives. Update shared drives, social network feeds and web presence.
Billing : 10%
Coordinate information from customers, sales managers, and production teams. Process credit card and other payments and coordinate with the corporate accounting team.
Administration & Reporting : 10%
Assist sales managers and director with aging reports and collections, sub-rental partners and other duties as directed.
