Provide core Workforce Software product training to Kronos customers at the client’s location or virtual from your home (80%), following standard lesson plans, using training aids and equipment designated in lesson plans
Ensure training is innovative, engaging and on the cutting edge of training technology
Achieve and maintain certification in specific courses as directed by management
Keep current on new products, industry trends, and customers training needs
Drive customer satisfaction through quality delivery processes
Apply adult learning principles in delivering classes
Perform administrative tasks in a timely manner, to support training activities, business operations, and revenue recognition
Deliver training and Train-the-Trainer courses on customized courseware
Participate in customer calls, pre-sales education-related activities as requested
Develop customized course material as required to meet customer specifications
Collaborate with peers to develop and maintain courseware to meet customer requirements
Actively participate in enhancing team’s standard and processes.
Bilingual in French and English written and spoken
Minimum of 5 years in an trainer or related role and you are not intimidated by technologies
Must be flexible and have the ability to work in teams or alone, influence changes, manage multiple commitments, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience working with virtual classroom tools (Adobe Connect)
Broad knowledge of labor management, HR / Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product / systems
Excellent customer-facing communication skills are a must, including the ability to gather and clarify requirements, present solutions and convey value, manage expectations, and deliver great customer care
Flexibility to travel as needed, averaging 20-25% in Canada. Flexibility for significant travel for periods of time as needed for customer work.
