Find out why , There is more to Life at Nestlé In this newly created position, the incumbent will play a key role in our transformation journey to help us address current challenges and meet the needs of tomorrow’s consumer.

He / she will be responsible for the development and implementation of long and short term Brand, Category and Selling plans, to ensure long-

term sustainable margin enhanced growth, and short term responsiveness to market challenges. Provide stewardship of portfolio health and strong brand building results measured by sales, marginal contribution and market share. Responsibilities :

  • Drive creation of Category Possibilities, recommending long-term strategic opportunities for the portfolio, outside of the scope of brand plans.
  • Leads customer and consumer based thinking in this area.

  • Recommend Brand and Category strategies, drivers and key assumptions for the Market Business plan.
  • Develop Price & Promotion and route to market strategies.
  • Secure approval for strong fully functionally aligned Brand plans and budget allocations for the upcoming year(s), leading to outstanding execution.
  • Secure required support from cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Lead portfolio / divisional I&R vision, objectives, and strategies to support successful execution of Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation.
  • Manage internal and external changes impacting plans and budgets. Actively participate in Operational reviews.
  • Accountable for developing Nestle Health & Wellness (NHW) strategy to deliver the tastiest and healthiest experiences in the category and in a way that contributes to Creating Shared Values (CSV).
  • Develop deep consumer knowledge and share it effectively with relevant cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Lead and coach a high performance team, actively communicating expectations and providing regular feedback. Works with each team member to build appropriate development plans and ensures that the training activities achieve agreed upon objectives
  • Align and inspire cross-functional team to deliver category and brand strategies.
  • Qualifications :

  • A university degree in a business-related discipline. MBA highly recommended.
  • Demonstrated career progression. Minimum 8 to 10 years of marketing and sales experience combined with a multi-category experience.
  • International experience and training highly valued.

  • Successful managed complexity in channels, I&R, SBUs, etc.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in leading teams & building a positive culture.
  • Strong financial acumen & demonstrated P&L management.
  • Demonstrated excellence in consumer marketing and successfully driving margin enhanced growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop optimized solutions in a complex environment and across multiple stakeholders.
  • Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience preferred with demonstrated strategic planning experience and strong knowledge of the retail environment.
  • Must be comfortable in working within a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Extremely Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
  • The successful candidate is an experienced leader who is comfortable dealing with ambiguity and leading change.
