Specifically, the Customer Solutions Supervisor’s key responsibilities will include :

  • Support new customer solutions implementations : Participate in implementation meetings;
  • Customer solution account maintenance -Manage customer solutions contract additions, changes to inventory, or other, terms at both the customer site and Source Atlantic.
  • Customer solutions technical troubleshooting (i.e. : vending equipment technical difficulties)

    Assess customer inventory levels, suggest optimization

    Occasionally support customer solutions presentations, as required

    Note : Travel will be required to support implementations, site troubleshooting, and customer service.

    The ideal candidate possesses :

    Initiative, ability to stay focused on the customer and goals despite changing conditions

    Ability to lead change, problem solve, and work with teams

    An affinity for technology, computer systems

  • Customer service would be considered an asset
