Specifically, the Customer Solutions Supervisor’s key responsibilities will include :
Customer solutions technical troubleshooting (i.e. : vending equipment technical difficulties)
Assess customer inventory levels, suggest optimization
Occasionally support customer solutions presentations, as required
Note : Travel will be required to support implementations, site troubleshooting, and customer service.

Ability to lead change, problem solve, and work with teams
An affinity for technology, computer systems
