TheCategory Demand GenerationLead, will be responsibleto : Manage and coach 2 direct reportswho are responsible to develop & execute innovative channel, customer andtrade strategies to achieve financial targets within their line of sight forallergy, eye care, digestive health and oral care brandsEstablish differentiated channel andcustomer strategies that achieve the business goals and financial targets forassigned portfolio, including strategies that increase ROI based on tradefundamentalsProvide input as a key stakeholderinto the forecasting process, rolling up external sales inputs and representingthe customer LE in the demand planning tactical meetings, with goal of forecastaccuracy to ensure customer supply and service levels and manage internal cashflowDevelop promotional and categorygrowth plans, including trade fundamentals (go to market retail strategy 4Ps)and Revenue Growth Management framework for assigned businesses to drivecompetitive advantage at retail, while identifying platform opportunities, andsupporting the company's customer segmentation and desired longer-

term channelmix Provide longer term strategic planby Category on opportunity areas of growth for inclusion in 3-year operatingplan.

Coordinate customer initiatives tomaximize impact on sales and goal attainment.Provide input and support to newproduct introductions via development of external launch strategy (voice of thecustomer), management of launch execution for the Sales organization andmonitoring performance and adjusting strategy where required.

Monitor monthly share trends,competitive activity & strategies to ensure external ($ share) and internaltargets will be met.

  • Report resultsinternally for portfolio line of sight.Build and maintain strong crossfunctional relationships throughout the organization QualificationsMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree;
