The analyst, customer Centre of Excellence would be part of the customer centre of excellence team that has a mandate to know our customers better than anyone, and to create a customer centric culture within Loblaw Companies Limited.

The analyst would support the Customer Centre of Excellence team through logistical and operational elements of projects.
With guidance, the Analyst, Customer Research & Voice assists with day-to-day operations of various programs and research projects.
the candidate will work on a diverse range of projects that are reflective of the products and services that Loblaw offers to its customers.
Creating PowerPoint reports of research findingsReconciles data and findings from new and existing researchExploring the use of innovative research methods to deliver more meaningful, actionable information and recommendations to the business.
recruiting internal / external participants, screening participants, develop timelines and manages orderly flow of creative projects from initial scoping and development to delivery and production of final assets.
REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS
Business, Market research, psychology or anthropology (or related discipline) programKeen interest in understanding consumer shopping behavior and building a career in data analytics / consumer insightsStrong analytical skills, with passion for finding the trends in data, identifying key nuggets of insights, and translating them to implications and recommendations for action.
Strong detail orientation and project management skills are a must for this roleSuperior Excel and PowerPoint skillsExcellent communication and organizational skills
