Our client, a friendly law firm located in the north end of Toronto, is in need of a Family Law Clerk to join its growing team!
Responsibilities :
Prepare financial and Net Family Property (NFP) statements Draft documents as needed Write effective correspondence and communicate with clients and opposing counsel Manage schedules and act as liaison to third parties Open / close client files and prepare Statement of Accounts in PCLaw
Requirements :
2+ years of relevant family law experience Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent Expertise in DivorceMate and PCLaw programs Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organization and file management skills
