Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of identity and access management workflow for ERP systems to enable a set of business processes, policies, governance and supporting technologies to enable appropriate and timely creation, maintenance and use of digital identities.

  • Ensure internal controls for financial reporting, segregation of duties and user provisioning is established across ERP applications
  • Ensure Role Based access control is provisioned to enable compliance to regulations like SOX
  • Be an IAM expert and a key technical resource for the ERP program
  • Act in a two in the box capacity with the System Integrator counterpart; creating work plans, and approaches to fully ensure access is provisioned, financial internal controls are managed in the ERP Finance solution.
  • Establish security procedures and administration of Enbridge owned environments
  • Ensure that any legal, regulatory and compliance requirements (SoX, FERC etc.) are met by the solution including separation of duty and other legal requirements
  • Review vendor created architecture and design specifications to ensure fit for purpose for Enbridge in consultation with ERP Security Architect
  • Review cross-functional business processes from a security lens, identify fit gaps and propose technical remediation in conjunction with System Integrators to ensure end to end process enablement
  • Support all technology aspects to ensure operational requirements are met and that all systems development lifecycle technical needs are met (such as operations, deployments, cutovers, testing and support)
  • Participate in quality assurance testing; translate security requirements and use cases into test plans and test scenarios to test system requirements
  • Assists with System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing by providing security expertise to triage issues and defects
  • Providing technical assistance to the business in the use of information and data
  • Ensure security related components are transitioned to support and operations teams
  • Can act in team and as backup to ERP Security Architect in engaging teams, system integrators in designing a reliable, secure and efficient ERP system.
  • Qualifications

  • Advanced University degree in a related field, e.g., Computer Engineering, MBA or equivalent
  • 4+ yrs. experience as a Security Analyst, IAM Expert or similar role
  • Proficiency in Okta, Sailpoint, Oracle ERP / EBS and / or Maximo platforms will be an asset
  • Configuration and operations of IAM technologies and services such as digital identity management (Active Directory, LDAP etc.
  • Identity Provisioning and Access Control, Federation (SAML, OAuth)

  • Understanding of Single Sign On (SSO), Risk Based authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (within on premise, cloud and hybrid environments)
  • Experience in integrating / federating IAM solutions to enterprise class cloud and / or on premise systems; in particular experience with IAM integration to Oracle EBS, SAP, Okta, Sailpoint will be an asset
  • Service Management experience and ITIL training would be an asset
  • Candidates should possess an understanding of internal controls as it relates to Finance related processes, data, and items.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud SAAS and PAAS environments will be a big asset.
  • Professional security certifications including CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, OSCP, SANS GIAC or other such as in Identity Management Certification would be considered an asset.
  • Strong strategic, analytical and planning skills
  • Demonstrated success in being a part of large scale projects, understanding application, integration, architectural integrity and quality assurance
  • Ability to conceptualize the business requirement and deliver innovative solutions
  • Knowledge of core business applications such as SAP, or Oracle that are relevant to ERP Finance stream
  • Technical skills such as Microsoft Office tools, Security and IAM tools
  • Demonstrated skills in facilitation of groups with competing interests and priorities
  • Good communication skills demonstrated through previous experience in the following contexts : participating in project meetings, technical reviews with developers and SME’s, group training sessions
  • Experience working in a global team, liaising with individuals across a number of time zones
  • Good organizational skills to prioritize tasks and complete work within defined timeframes in a fast paced program environment
