A manufacturing company in the paper and personal hygiene field is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to contribute to the dynamic work environment!

12 months contract (minimum), full-time

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Production of Canadian and / or American payroll;
  • Enter different requested data;
  • Respond to requests from internal and external clients;
  • Reconciliation of payroll records;
  • Resolve discrepancies by working with the finance department;
  • Balance and prepare payments to different suppliers;
  • Production of monthly reports;
  • Participation in end-of-year activities for Canadian and US payoll;
  • Contribution to the integration, testing and implementation of improvements, interface and tax updates of the payroll system;
  • Perform tasks in a timely manner, in accordance with tax rules and company policies and procedures.

    REQUIREMENTS

    DEC in administration or accounting

    3 years of experience in a similar position

    Master Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel)

    Asset : Member of the ACP or APA
