The Program Manager, Digital Platforms creates alignment and delivers results through Walmart internal partners to meet the strategic and financial KPIs of the eCommerce business.
Top candidates for this position will have a solid background in strategy development and project management. A successful candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with partners throughout an organization.
You will have a passion and understanding of retail, technology and eCommerce. Expertise with tools such as Microsoft Excel (modelling), PowerPoint, and Jira is an asset.
1. Create and manage a business technology roadmap to deliver the vision of the Digital Platform2. Collaborate with the internal business leads (Site Merchandising, Creative, & Deployment) and cross-functional partners (Product, Design, & Technology) to ensure delivery of the business roadmap3.
Coordinate (with Product) the quarterly technology prioritization process to ensure business benefits are calculated and technology requirements are communicated4.
Attend all relevant product and technology meetings including (scoping, requirements, design, status updates, and demos)5.
