What you'll do :

  • Be a part of a high performing team and strive to exceed daily and monthly targets
  • Perform collections activities on a high volume member portfolio
  • Help members! Educate members on Mogo’s products and services and really understand how they work
  • Use your exceptional decision-making skills on accepting, rejecting, or offering amended payment terms and settlements you’re focused on finding the right solutions
  • Fully accountable for collections related member questions or concerns you’re totally organized and knowledgeable about policies and procedures
  • Use technology and modern social media platforms effectively you are a ninja when it comes to multi-tasking, accuracy, handling change, documenting, and systems navigation!

  • What you'll need :

  • Totally cool with working Monday to Friday, from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
  • 1+ years of collections experience and / or 2+ years of experience in a sales or contact center environment, with proven success in exceeding targets
  • Financial services / counselling background would be a huge plus
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic organization, with a focus on flexibility to keep up with changes
  • Eagerness to learn and a drive to grow
  • Intermediate experience at using multiple computer systems such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, deeply persuasive and able to diffuse difficult situations
