Our federal government client is seeking a Project Administrator to join their dynamic team ! The consultant will be responsible to plan and organized meetings and teleconferences related to health projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create and prepare the letters, memos, briefing notes, reports and presentation materials, editing documents for grammar, organizing and taking minutes of meetings;
  • Track and monitor contractor's activities to ensure they are following policies and procedures with the contractual agreements, managing and administrating contracts budgets, providing directions if needed;
  • Overseeing and approving all expense claims for verifying and submitting all invoices for payments.
  • Qualifications and Experience

  • Must hold a Valid Enhance Clearance;
  • Has recent experience with assisting in the negotiation of health project details;
  • Has recent experience with providing administrative expertise in the management of health projects, including strategic planning and analysis in the federal government;
  • Has recent experience with project managing research / health projects involving multiple stakeholders with the responsibilities to ensure milestones are delivered on time;
  • Has recent experience with providing advice to management in support of particular health related projects;
  • Has recent experience with overseeing the preparation of briefing notes, reports and presentations.
