We are currently seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis :
Key Responsibilities :
Answering reception calls and assisting with dispatch responsibilities, answering service calls, creating service tickets, logging into customized systems to pull work orders etc.
Coordinate vehicle licenses annually
Set up of new fleet assets in the GPS system
Coordinating couriers, distributing mail, ordering catering, ordering and stocking fridges, printing binders, filing, ordering office supplies
Coordination of uniform program, distributing vouchers and liaising with uniform supplier regarding uniform delivery / questions
Act as back up for insurance documentation required for subcontractors and customers (i.e. WSIB clearance certificates, certificate of insurance, bonding requests etc.)
Act as backup for warehouse deliveries
Other miscellaneous office duties, such as ordering flowers, coordination of travel itinerary if applicable, etc.
Education / Experience :
University degree or College diploma in a related field is considered an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional phone manner
Proficiency with MS office specifically, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
Willingness to take on other duties as needed
