Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started. Facebook is building a Scaled Developer Partner Management team to engaging developer partners that leverage FB's developer platform to build innovative products and businesses.

You will be leading the Scaled Developer Partner Management team for NA (EMEA, APAC). The main objective of the Scaled Developer Partner Management team is to develop strong relationships with our developer partners, ensure our partners meet Facebook's integrity standards and maintain a sustainable platform.

The ideal candidate has a track record of leading successful teams and a passion for managing and developing people in Partnerships, Ops or similar function.

They have a "team-first" ethos and thrive in dynamic work environments. They will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams such as legal, policy, engineering, communications, product and developer operations.

class partners. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the region's partner management team
  • Develop and cultivate the talent on the team
  • Responsible for partner escalations and assisting Partner Managers in navigating their partner engagements
  • Create processes to analyze product performance, aggregate feedback, explore new strategic opportunities and inform the product roadmap
  • Accountable for the region's partner portfolio, partner satisfaction and engagements
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with new "disruptor" developers in the region to add them to the book of business
  • Create reports and dashboards to report team metrics
  • Optimizes team performance as it relates to hitting team goals
  • Displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics
  • Willingness and ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Represent FB in external meetings with executives from other companies
  • Work cross-functionally with a number of internal teams including : legal, policy, communication, product and engineering
  • Prioritize and drive metrics for the team and contribute to build our operational process for scaled partnerships MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of work experience with product, partnership, or operations experience in consumer technology companies
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Experience defining, developing and leading projects
  • Collaboration and relationship-building experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Passion for technology
  • Strong business acumen
