    As a Server Assistant / Bus Person at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, you would be responsible for serving guest needs by assisting the Restaurant Team and completing guest requests.

    Preferred Qualifications and Skills

    High school education or equivalent experience

    Valid Serving it Right Certification

    Minimum one year of food service or related work in an equivalent institution

    Fine dining experience preferred

    Fluent English (written, spoken and reading)

    Strong commitment to service

    In this role, you will :

    Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service

    Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests

    Assistance with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen using a tray and safely transporting it to the guest, as well as removal of items from the guest's table.

    Stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages

    Breakdown, clean and set-up buffets and food stations
